My Food Diary
I've had a terrible addiction to fast foods over the past year or so, so my first goal is to break that habit and eat the majority of my meals at home. I'm still going to slip, but even one healthy meal made at home each day is a step in the right direction for me.
After that I'll gradually try to add in healthy alternatives, slowly venturing out of my comfort zone and trying new things.
I've decided to start counting calories. I'll be keeping it to 1,500 per day or less. I'm not getting any exercise at the moment due to a very messed up work schedule that has me sleeping during regular business hours, when my gym is actually open. So hopefully a restricted calorie amount will be sufficient for weight loss for now.
**I'm hoping to save up enough to purchase a treadmill, elliptical, or bike in the next few months so I can workout at home.
